- This is an effective mental model to focus efforts, as opposed to following possibly fleeting trends.
- Need conviction, passion and growth mindset to keep learning.
- Focus on impact.
- Better to focus on impactful core of the company, even if it is a grind; rather than exciting fringes of the company. Introduce exciting aspects into the core.
- There is no one way to build. Builders are all distinct in their own way.
- Becoming something is better than always being one thing.
